Shafique Packages was founded in 2001 by Muhammad Shafique Shahzad and still works from 844 Block J2, Johar Town, Lahore. Twenty-five years in, the business has stayed focused on one thing: getting the right woven bags to the right mills, on time — order after order.
Today we supply buyers across seven industries — fertilizer, sugar, textile, chemical, agriculture, flour, and feed — and coordinate supply for both domestic and export requirements.

How a PP woven bag is made
Knowing how a bag is made is how we judge a good one. A polypropylene woven bag is roughly 90% PP granules — a petrochemical by-product — combined with small amounts of calcium, colour, ink, and thread. From there, the fabric is woven and the bag is finished:
- Mix & melt — PP granules are blended and melted
- Sheet — the melt is extruded into a flat sheet
- Yarn — the sheet is slit into fine tapes
- Weave — tapes are woven into fabric on circular looms
- Cut & sew — fabric is cut to size and stitched into bags
- Print & bale — bags are printed as required, then baled
